Referrals
Property management: When a new or existing client signs a new residential rental property management agreement with iRental Property Management
1. One referral is equivalent to one voucher
2. One voucher per new property management agreement referral
3. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Management agreement must be signed and successfully implemented before voucher is supplied
5. Voucher is valid 12 months from the issue date, as displayed on the voucher itself by Flight Centre
6. Refer to Flight Centre website for their terms and conditions

Liability
iRental Property Management is not a provider of such services or experiences. All vouchers received will include a waiver to sign, and understand that iRental Property Management accepts no responsibility for any services or experiences provided or not provided by the experience provider or any other party. The experience providers provide services directly to customers. iRental Property Management makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided.
iRental Property Management has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any experience provider or third party. iRental Property Management has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any experience provider or third party.
